I’ve been with S&L Foods for 30+ years. I love that our business has grown, but we are still small enough to be a family where everyone cares for one another. One of my customers said it best: “You’re big enough to perform and small enough to care.”
Before coming to S&L in1992, I worked for 10 years at Bonanza Meats learning the butcher trade and starting a sales career. Prior to that, I worked at Quality Meats of Oroville from 1978-1992.
My interests include anything outdoors, especially fishing and boating on our local lakes and rivers.

Kevin Cronquist
Before joining the S&L team, I had worked in the food service industry for about 20 years. I began my career as a chef at the Eureka Inn working my way up to the head chef position. I also worked as the beverage director for the Delaware North Companies, overseeing operations for their portfolio of Casino’s. After moving back to Fortuna to be with family, I spent time working for Sysco before I found S&L.
My interests include spending time with family and friends, camping, and home improvement projects.

I am very proud to be the director of the S&L Food Service sales team! The core values of this company are exactly what the food service industry is all about.
I was in the restaurant business for 14 years before getting into food service sales 8 years ago. My favorite things are spending time with my family, fishing (when I get to), coaching, and fixing up Pandora’s Box (my house). I am thankful to be a part of this company and looking forward to working with the customers we serve.

TRAVIS PEREZ
Before joining the S&L Food Sales team, I worked in the food service industry for 25 years. I started my career as a dishwasher and worked my way through various positions in the kitchen. I earned my degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu in Portland, Oregon. Most recently, I was the food service manager for two critical access hospitals in Central Oregon. Prior to that I was the Executive Chef at Feather River Hospital in Paradise California for 9 ½ years.
My interests include cooking, camping, fishing, and spending time with my family.

STEVE GROLLA
I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with the S&L Team. Before joining the S&L Food Sales Team, I worked in the food sales industry for 20 years. I started my career as a manager at Valley Spuds of Sacramento (I was known as the “Potato Man”). I then expanded into the produce and food portion of the industry. I especially enjoy getting to know my clients and building with them.
My interests include spending time with my wife (we are empty nesters) and my two grown kids. I enjoy traveling and want to see the world!
